Upon arriving, I was greeted by attentive staff who swiftly checked me in and escorted me to my room. the room was spacious and boasted breathtaking views of the surrounding gardens and mountains. the in-room amenities were luxurious, and the private facilities added to my exclusive experience. the restaurant served delectable dishes, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind. the garden area provided a lovely spot for picnics and relaxation.
The only minor issue I experienced was the heavy internal door, which was inconvenient to open and close. this did not detract from my overall experience.

The hotel is new and clean with a spacious room and amazing view of a garden and snowy mountain. the professional staff provided great service and were very responsive to our requests. the hotel's lounges next to the window were a great spot for relaxation and unwinding.
The buffet dinner was disappointing with cold, stale hot food and seafood that wasn't fresh. the air-con mode control was not available in the room causing some discomfort.

The hotel offers a magnificent view of a snowy mountain and gardens, and the rooms are spacious. the staff is professional and responsive, and all of their requests are accommodated. the hotel has comfortable lounges to relax in and unwind.
The food served at the buffet dinner wasn't of the highest quality.

Our recent city break stay was memorable. We loved the spacious and well-equipped room with a fantastic view of the snow-capped mountain. The lounges next to the window added a cozy touch, creating a perfect spot for relaxation and unwinding. The top-notch services were impressive, and staff were responsive, accommodating, professional, and friendly throughout our stay.
We had a few disappointments during our stay. The breakfast buffet had a variety of dishes, but the flavors did not meet our expectations.
